Pinot Grigio, Prosecco Doc Treviso, Manzoni bianco, along with Raboso Piave Doc and Raboso Passito, represent the Estate’s pride and success.
The complete renovation of the vineyards, skipping from the traditional overhead wheel-spoke training called Bellussi, to new systems,
which allow a greater density of vines per hectare, has permitted to progressively expand the cultivated surface reaching the 52 hectares of today's land.
In particular, fundamental for the improvement of the company, was the change in the varieties of cultivated grapes.
The number of so-called international vines of Bordeaux origin – such as Merlot and Chardonnay – was reduced in order to increase traditional
local white-wine grapes - such as Pinot Grigio, Prosecco and Manzoni.
In order to satisfy the market’s needs, which is more and more fascinated by this range of wines, a selection of local grapes was also purchased
and processed using the most modern winemaking techniques.
